Key Responsibilities
  • Perform process and gage capability studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct OEE and line utilization studies to optimize production efficiency
  • Support Engineers in trouble-shooting specific problem areas and communicate effectively through task assignment
  • Take ownership of analysis and decision-making responsibility for specific problems or topics
  • Develop and execute improvement proposals supported by analysis
Work Term Progression

As you progress through the program, your responsibilities will evolve to include:

  • SPC overview responsibilities to ensure quality control
  • Specific problem trouble-shooting responsibility to identify and resolve issues
  • Asset and capacity studies to optimize resource allocation
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a 4-year university and have indefinite U.S. work authorization. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

  • Competent use of systematic problem-solving tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different levels of associates and cultures within the Bosch Group
