EMCO Corporation, one of Canada's largest integrated wholesale distributors of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products for the construction industry, is seeking a Strategic Development Program Professional.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will progress through a 5-phased program to gain comprehensive knowledge of our business operations, including shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.

You will be involved in various aspects of our business, such as customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, financial statements, and project management.

  • In Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics, you will learn about our products, how they reach customers, and provide sales support.
  • In Phase 2 - Operations, you will be responsible for customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statements.
  • In Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management, you will manage large-scale projects and assist customers with product and service issues.
  • In Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management, you will find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors.
  • In Phase 5, you can apply your training to determine your ideal career path.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per yearBenefits
