About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Go Motel. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Office Administration
    • Manage and maintain the office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • Will train
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
