About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading business analysis and project management activities to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
    • Develop and maintain business cases, feasibility studies, and other analysis documents
    • Conduct workshops, focus groups, and demonstrations to ensure stakeholder buy-in
  • Project Management
    • Plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to delivery
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
    • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and other activities
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
    • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
    • Manage and resolve project issues and conflicts
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes
    • Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
    • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent business analysis and project management skills
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Language
    • Fluency in English and French (bilingualism is an asset)
