Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as EPM, MS Project, and Jira.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
