Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the premises are cleaned to a high standard.
- Inspect and Monitor: Regularly inspect the premises to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
- Recommend Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the premises, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in a team.
- Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with clients and staff.
- Judgement: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required to resolve issues and make informed decisions.
