Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services
  • Assist in the training and development of housekeeping staff
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
