Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Green Infrastructure Partners is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for executing strategic sourcing activities to support the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and define business needs to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing and Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies that meet business and organizational needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery, terms, and supplier performance conditions to satisfy financial, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Identify and capture demand, establish communication channels with suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Procurement Process Management: Coordinate RFP/RFQ processes, establish sourcing strategies, and solicit quotations.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in challenging roles in sourcing and procurement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in procurement, project management, or a relevant logistics role.
  • Certifications: Procurement certifications are considered an asset.
  • Skills: Results-driven, outcome-focused, critical thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
