Job Title: Merchandiser & Sourcing Specialist

TPS Promotions & Incentives is a leading provider of promotional products, incentive programs, print, POP, fulfillment, and e-store solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser & Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser & Sourcing Specialist will assist account teams in selecting and proposing creative promotional products for top brands. This role requires strong industry knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support account teams in sourcing, quoting, and pricing promotional products
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate prices
  • Prepare high-quality sales proposals and presentations
  • Brainstorm new ideas and identify effective merchandise opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and modify pricing structures as needed
  • Participate in internal meetings for idea sharing and process improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing and quoting in the Promotional Products industry
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role requiring customer interaction
  • Experience in roles that require a significant level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
