Job Title: Merchandiser & Sourcing Specialist

TPS Promotions & Incentives is seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser & Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for sourcing and proposing creative promotional products for some of the world's largest and most exciting brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support TPS sales and account management teams in selecting and proposing promotional products for clients.
  • Manage the sourcing, quoting, and pricing process to provide high-quality sales proposals.
  • Ensure products sourced and quoted are compliant, competitive, and available to meet client-project requirements.
  • Produce and deliver timely and accurate proposals.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and NetSuite for basic CRM and quoting functionality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience sourcing and quoting in the Promotional Products industry.
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role requiring customer interaction.
  • Experience in roles that require a significant level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage many projects with accuracy.
