Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at DC VAPES INC.

Job Summary

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the store.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is always available for customers.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Customer Service: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure excellent customer service.
Supervision

The Retail Store Supervisor will supervise a team of 3-4 people.

Support for Diverse Groups
  • Mentorship: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and/or refugees, youth, and Indigenous workers.
Work Environment

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a permanent work term and 30-40 hours per week.
