Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Shop Supervisor to oversee our repair and maintenance operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality service while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, providing expert technical guidance to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of automotive technicians, apprentices, and laborers.
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process, along with related staffing duties.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for various tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for shop operations.
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities across different teams.
Supervisory Scope

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals, including:

  • Automotive technicians/motor vehicle mechanics
  • Apprentices
  • Laborers
