Auto Insurance Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key member of our account management and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them navigate their auto insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, accurate, and courteous advice to clients regarding auto insurance.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
- Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
- Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
- Proactive and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
