Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding and professional advice to clients regarding their insurance needs
- Build a solid rapport with existing and new clients to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with ONE Insurance's products and services to offer clients a wide range of coverage options
- Meet performance objectives, including creating an exceptional customer service experience and achieving individual growth and sales targets
- Minimum one year of insurance industry or comparable customer service experience
- Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification are not required but considered an asset
- Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is considered an asset
- Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
