About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team at ONE Insurance Group. As an Auto Insurance/Personal Lines Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to clients regarding their Auto Insurance, Driver Licensing, and Personal Lines Insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding and professional advice to clients regarding their insurance needs
  • Build a solid rapport with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with ONE Insurance's products and services to offer clients a wide range of coverage options
  • Meet performance objectives, including creating an exceptional customer service experience and achieving individual growth and sales objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of insurance industry or comparable customer service experience
  • Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification are not required but considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is considered an asset
  • Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
