Job Overview

This is an onsite role with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

The individual in this position will oversee various daily functions within a warehouse setting, ensuring that performance objectives are achieved, inventory accuracy is maintained, and quality standards are upheld. This role involves managing a team responsible for inbound logistics, inventory oversight, and outbound shipping processes. The supervisor will focus on operational efficiency and ensure that tasks are completed effectively within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the seamless movement of products into and out of the warehouse.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to staff to guarantee efficient order fulfillment.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Engage in discussions with clients to understand their needs.
  • Utilize insights from customer interactions to explore new business opportunities.
  • Manage financial resources, ensuring budget adherence and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that returned items are properly processed and restocked.
  • Investigate and rectify any issues related to shipments.
  • Keep accurate records of employee attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to enhancing warehouse operational efficiency and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and workers' compensation.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics principles relevant to manufacturing and distribution.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential.
  • Experience in a technology-driven radio frequency setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
