Restaurant Manager Job Description

C Market Coffee is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost menu sales and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for food and other essential supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
