About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of key corporate events. The successful candidate will work closely with the Events team to deliver impactful and meaningful events that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop event plans, concepts, and designs in partnership with the Events team.
  • Coordinate conference, trade show, and sponsorship activities, including processing forms, payments, and invoicing.
  • Manage event databases and registration processes, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Contribute to event budgets and ensure timely reconciliation of all event invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
