We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' products are accurately placed and displayed in retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Product Placement: Ensure that products are placed on shelves in a visually appealing and organized manner.
- Inventory Management: Regularly update prices and inventory levels to meet customer needs and prevent stock-outs.
- Store Displays: Set up and install promotional materials, including point-of-purchase displays and signage.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that shelves remain organized and tidy, and implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports and document in-store actions to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
- Availability: Available to work from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work morning and daytime hours.
- Physical Requirements: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using a mobile device and the internet for data entry and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written).
