Job Summary

MRT is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load and unload merchandise, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift to load and unload merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Verify the securing of merchandise to prevent damage or loss.
  • Load merchandise into trailers in the correct order to maximize space.
  • Comply with safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Law 430.
  • Experience in a transport company (an asset).
  • Motivated by teamwork and enjoy challenges.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in a variable temperature environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly to meet daily requirements.
