Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at MAHIL DRYWALL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization and Delegation: Establish work priorities and delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
