About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Supervisor to join our team at Nabolsy Contracting Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of our pipeline systems, including the management of personnel, equipment, and resources.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project supervisors and managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to ensure that operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure that operations are well-stocked and equipped.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
