About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, as well as long-term strategic planning across the organization.
  • Provide value-added decision support to the business to help optimize profitability and manage expenses.
  • Work closely with internal business partners to provide decision support and assist them in achieving their objectives and targets.
  • Support ongoing improvements and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Perform business analytics and build financial models to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • CPA with 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a large company with sizeable amounts of inventory.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data for analysis.
  • Proactive and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances that need to be investigated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business units and stakeholders.
