Job Overview
Key Responsibilities

This role involves collaborating with essential stakeholders and leveraging technical expertise throughout various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining application architecture, and designing solutions. The consultant will play a pivotal role in producing high-level design documents, delivering quality code for specific modules, and overseeing all testing and support activities associated with implementation, transition, and warranty phases. This position offers a chance to engage in a culture that values learning, teamwork, and diversity.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing one or more of the following Fieldglass Modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Assignment Management.
  • Facilitate team meetings and provide status updates.
  • Manage risk and issue resolution processes.
  • Provide insights for future business processes and configurations.
  • Coordinate activities between vendors and project delivery teams for functional and technical solutions.
  • Lead workshops and discussions on business process design.
  • Ensure readiness for various testing phases (PT, SIT, and UAT).
  • Review and confirm deployment readiness.
  • Oversee defect and Change Request escalations.
  • Make final Go/No-Go decisions for each project phase.
  • Possess a proficient level of experience with at least one SAP Fieldglass module.
  • Prior experience with SAP Fieldglass implementations is essential.
  • Consulting professionals should analyze, design, and develop technology solutions that align with best practices and business changes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass integration with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP Financial modules.
  • Participate in business development and proposal efforts.
  • Possess Reliability Clearance in Canada or be eligible for it.
  • Strong client-facing abilities are a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end Service Procure to Pay processes.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba applications and solutions.
  • Solid industry knowledge, particularly in the Public Sector.
  • Ability to discuss leading industry practices with clients.
  • Demonstrated creativity and analytical skills in problem-solving.
  • Strong functional, technical, and integration competencies.
  • Prior consulting experience in process design, SAP Fieldglass advisory, and implementation is preferred.
