Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary authority on SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to support and refine the system.
  • Assist super users and end users with daily support and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate with developers on modifications, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and the SAP support team for all ETM and PM-related matters.
  • Document standard configurations and best practices effectively.
  • Engage in long-term strategic planning and roadmap development.
  • Provide and maintain operational reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Facilitate cross-training opportunities among team members.
  • Participate in the testing and rollout of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Offer expertise and guidance on best practices for utilizing SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements to optimize SAP ETM/PM functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience with SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, and Business Client.
  • Familiarity with standard SAP implementation and development practices, including blueprint creation, process flows, and work instructions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
