SAP Fieldglass Solutions Specialist

Location: Remote (Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $70,000 to $120,000 per year

Experience Required: 1 to 10+ Years

This role involves engaging with key stakeholders and leveraging technical expertise throughout various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Requirements Gathering and Application Architecture Design.
  • Creating high-level design documentation and delivering quality code outputs for specific modules.
  • Leading validation processes for diverse testing types and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty activities.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess Enhanced Reliability Status Security Clearance from the Government of Canada or have resided in Canada for a minimum of five continuous years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing various Fieldglass Modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Assignment Management.
  • Facilitating team meetings and providing status updates.
  • Managing risk and issue resolution processes.
  • Providing insights for future state business processes and configurations.
  • Coordinating activities among vendors and project delivery teams for functional and technical solutions.
  • Leading business process design workshops and discussions.
  • Ensuring readiness for testing phases (PT, SIT, and UAT).
  • Reviewing and facilitating sign-off on deployment readiness.
  • Managing defect and Change Request escalations.
  • Making final Go/No-Go decisions for each phase of delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge and experience with at least one SAP Fieldglass module.
  • Prior experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation is essential.
  • Business Consultant expertise in analyzing, designing, and developing best practices through technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass integration with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP Financial modules.
  • Involvement in business development and proposal submissions.
  • Possession of Reliability Clearance in Canada or eligibility to obtain it.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Service Procure to Pay processes.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba applications and solutions.
  • Strong industry knowledge, particularly in the Public Sector.
  • Ability to discuss leading industry processes and practices with clients.
  • Proven capability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios.
  • Strong functional, technical, and integration skills.
  • Prior consulting experience in process design, SAP Fieldglass advisory, and implementation.
