Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales workers to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of our products.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and that stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales workers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
