Bakery Manager

Haweli South Common Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards and inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Prepare special orders and ensure that customers with food allergies or intolerances receive suitable products.
- Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
