Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Malina Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries.
- Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
- Organize and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
