Bakery Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Sunrise Bakery Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent baking skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
