Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at White Diamond Conference Center Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our events team to ensure seamless execution of food service for conferences, banquets, and other events.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation, flavor, and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
