Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all communications between drivers and the organization
  • Efficiently manage driver-related inquiries and messages
  • Keep precise records of events and schedules
  • Quickly resolve any scheduling conflicts
  • Provide drivers with essential routing and planning information
  • Report issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Verify daily fleet operations by the end of each day
  • Foster positive relationships with drivers

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in dispatching or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 06:00 - 15:00. Shift may transition to a modified Continental Shift, 06:00 - 18:00.
