About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a key member of our fleet operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our equipment, enabling our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle failures, leveraging predictive diagnostic software to minimize downtime.
  • Respond to local road calls and coordinate service support as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the fleet supervisor to prioritize tasks and optimize fleet operations.
Requirements
  • Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certificate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of hand tools and commercial vehicle inspection procedures.
  • Valid Class 1 / AZ Operators License preferred but not required.
  • Dedication to safety and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
