Position Overview:
You will provide comprehensive and individualized care in a home setting to enhance patients' quality of life. Working closely with the patient's physician, you will develop a customized treatment plan that includes intermittent visits tailored to the patient's specific needs.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN)
- Must obtain ACLS & American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications within 6 months of employment
