About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Macrotech Business Solutions Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize MS Office and other software applications to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
