Position Overview

The role of a Food and Beverage Server is essential in providing an exceptional dining experience at DENNY'S RESTAURANTS. This position involves engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

This position is set in a vibrant restaurant located in an urban area, catering to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers.
  • Present bills and process payments through various methods including cash and credit.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials.
  • Assist customers in selecting menu items and recommend wine pairings.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and address inquiries regarding food and beverages.
  • Manage inventory of wines and glassware.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations of wines.
  • Take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
