About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Lucky's A La Carte. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Maintenance
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to colleagues as needed to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Cultural Competency
    • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
    • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Working Conditions
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
