Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and descriptions to customers.
    • Ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Teamwork and Supervision
    • Supervise and train other servers and bussing staff to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and attention to detail.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing customer needs.
    • Initiative and ability to take ownership of customer issues.

    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Will train.
    • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of customer issues.
    Working Conditions
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
    • Permanent position.
    • Work Language: English.
