As a key member of the IT team, the responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining Windows server environments and Active Directory.
  • Providing technical support and assistance to users regarding Windows OS and applications.

  • Installing, updating, and upgrading Windows desktops, Office suite, and antivirus solutions.
  • Conducting research and testing for new requirements and solutions.

Required Proficiencies:

  • Active Directory management, including site topology and DNS.
  • Experience with Windows Server versions 2008, 2012, and 2016.
  • Knowledge of Windows infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with MS Exchange administration.
  • Understanding of web server management, specifically IIS.

Desired Proficiencies:

  • PowerShell scripting capabilities.
  • Experience with Exchange 2019/2016/2010.
  • Knowledge of security standards and certificate management.
  • Proficiency in GPO configuration.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or five years of senior-level experience, is required.
