Director, National Sales

Rogers Communications is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead our national sales team in Montreal. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth in a media or broadcasting environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance data
