Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A's Food Express Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be part of a dynamic team that values client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
