We are currently looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address ongoing client needs, provide insurance advice, conduct assessments, recommend solutions, respond to inquiries, and manage renewals
- Generate new business by selling policies to both existing and new clients
- Initiate outbound calls for quotes and engage with walk-in clients
- Collaborate with Underwriters and Adjusters regarding policy guidelines
- Prepare documentation for insurers, complete client applications, issue certificates, and process changes
- Stay updated on underwriting rules and processes
- Actively engage in training programs
- Participate in community marketing efforts
- Manage accounts receivable tasks
- Provide support and guidance as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Post-Secondary education
- Previous experience in insurance is preferred but not mandatory
- RIBO License is an asset
- Familiarity with Epic software is beneficial
- Strong focus on customer service
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to pass background and credit checks
