Insurance Account Manager

We're seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a trusted advisor, you'll own and support client relationships, understanding their business needs to provide effective insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
- Cultivate client relationships by providing exceptional client experience from sales to service
- Manage policy renewals, policy changes, and cancellations
- Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for clients
- Uphold a client-first focus through the claims process

Requirements:
- Sincere and personable, with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Master time manager, able to multi-task and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Ready to pivot and adapt to changing priorities
- Bonus: 2 years of Commercial insurance experience with a RIBO License
