Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at RBC - Royal Bank. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
