Position: Social Worker, Counselor - Crisis Response

Location: Remote (available across various regions)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Overview:

In this role, you will deliver group Crisis Response services to our organizational clients as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Crisis Response services to our corporate clients;
  • Travel to various locations as required;
  • Manage administrative tasks as outlined by LifeWorks' Crisis Response department.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work;
  • Registration with a relevant professional body and valid professional liability insurance;
  • Certification in CISM, CISD, or EMDR is advantageous;
  • Proven experience in conducting group debriefings or leading counseling sessions;
  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and professionalism while facilitating interventions in a corporate setting;
  • Willingness to adapt to client needs.
