About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Department Manager Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for supervising work, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Sales Team: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Carry out merchandising duties and supervise the replenishment process to ensure optimal store displays and inventory levels.
  • Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote products.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting and training sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Work Scheduling and Labour Budgeting: Determine work schedules and manage labour budgets to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Team Coaching and Development: Coach and motivate sales teams to achieve their full potential and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Management: Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
