Hardscape Department Manager

As a Hardscape Department Manager at SiteOne Landscape Supply, you will be responsible for leading our hardscape team and driving sales growth in this critical area of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Manager in developing and executing sales and operations plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of safety and excellence within the hardscape department.
- Develop and execute inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Train and develop agronomic staff to be knowledgeable of hardscape products and customer needs.
- Partner with branch leadership to identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve business performance.
- Support other branch departments and customers as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in the green industry, preferably with a focus on hardscape products.
- Excellent customer service and management skills.
- Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgets.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
