Job Title: Executive Chef

MAGLICIOUS is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Analyze sales data and operating costs to inform menu planning and pricing decisions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, weddings, and banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to meet the needs of the kitchen.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding kitchen environment.
