Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and provide a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
