Key Responsibilities- Process and revise firm electronic documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work with various types of legal documents, including agreements, letters, memos, prospectuses, and more.
- Provide word processing support to firm members, including communicating best practices for complex documents.
- Participate in pilot programs and software testing to improve firm-wide processes.
- Manage multiple projects with competing demands, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges and work collaboratively with the team to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- A university degree or equivalency.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in role-specific software, including transcription, comparison, and conversion.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
